Complex & Dynamic
To bring a nationwide team together for the first time and unite the different business units. As a sponsor of a famous horse race we used the day to invite their 4,000 nationwide staff to celebrate a ‘Fun Day’ and interact with colleagues from sister companies. The finale to the day was a private concert with a named artist.

Low Cost Solutions
To provide a very low budget / high impact indoor activity idea with an 'end result'. To be held at lunchtime, to form a strategic part of an internal conference.
"IDL came up with the idea of an ‘art class’ team building activity - the objective to recreate a painting per section/per team – theme based on company core values. It was a light hearted, messy, noisy fun hour which made our staff work together in a fun environment. Revolutionary
The most revolutionary product launch involving IDL was the arrival of the Sony Walkman in 1981. Stunned members of the press were flown to the South of France in a privately chartered aircraft, transferred to Juan Les Pins for lunch, all this with their chosen music playing in their ears - revolutionary!!
